Each individual may hold only one active account on solot pk. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different phone numbers, different payment methods or different devices — is a serious violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, solot pk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances without obligation to return them.
Sharing your solot pk account credentials with any other person is not permitted. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
Solot pk may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals or when your account activity triggers a review. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC, proof of residential address and confirmation that the payment method used belongs to you. Delays in providing these documents may result in withdrawal processing delays.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your solot pk login credentials — your email address, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Solot pk will never ask for your full password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
Solot pk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials. Where evidence of account compromise is provided promptly, solot pk will investigate and take appropriate action.
Solot pk operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:
All deposits to your solot pk wallet must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation. Solot pk does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have completed a formal payment method change request through the solot pk support team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
Funds in your solot pk wallet are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes. Your deposited PKR is always available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
All bets placed on solot pk are final once confirmed. Before confirming any bet, please review your selections, stake amount and potential returns carefully. Solot pk will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances described below.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement within the solot pk platform. Solot pk reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Solot pk reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: technical errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed; event cancellations; evidence of match manipulation by external parties; or where the bet was placed in error due to a platform fault attributable to solot pk. Stakes on voided bets are returned in full to the player's wallet.
If a bet is accepted by solot pk at odds that are clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"), solot pk reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, regardless of whether the bet has already settled. Decisions made under this clause are final.
Solot pk offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where there is any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
The Refer a Friend programme is governed by its own specific terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral bonuses are only paid when the referred player has registered a genuine new account, made a qualifying first deposit and completed their first wager. Self-referrals and collusive referral activity will result in all associated bonus funds being forfeited and both accounts being reviewed.
Solot pk strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using hedged or low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; colluding with other players to trigger referral bonuses. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have its bonus funds removed and may be permanently suspended.
The Solot PK VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. VIP status is earned through cumulative wagering on the solot pk platform and progresses through five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
Gold, Platinum and Diamond VIP members at solot pk receive priority withdrawal processing. Gold members receive processing within 5 minutes; Platinum within 2 minutes; Diamond members receive instant processing during operating hours. These are target times, not guaranteed service levels, and may be affected by payment provider delays outside the control of solot pk.

Where solot pk identifies prohibited conduct, it may void all bets placed by the affected account, freeze and investigate the account balance, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected. Decisions made under this section are final and subject to internal appeals only.
All content on the solot pk platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, brand names, text, data compilations and odds — is the exclusive intellectual property of Solot PK or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any solot pk intellectual property without express written permission.
You may not copy, screenshot, record or redistribute game content, live dealer feeds, odds data or any other proprietary material from solot pk for commercial purposes. Personal, non-commercial use (for example, sharing a screenshot of a personal win on social media) is permitted provided it does not include any operational data, odds information or game mechanics that could provide commercial advantage to a third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, solot pk's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Solot pk may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory or security reasons. Your continued use of solot pk after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may close your solot pk account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at support@solotpk.com. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and your remaining PKR balance (if any) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary account closure.
Solot pk reserves the right to close or suspend any account, with or without prior notice, where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, regulatory requirements, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. Where an account is closed by solot pk without cause attributable to the player, any remaining verifiable PKR balance will be returned.
